Participants

The conference is open to all Scout/Guide Associations within the ‘Nordic collaboration committee’. Participants should be active in the areas of Youth Program, Training or Adult Resources at national level.

Dates

Thursday October 6 – Sunday October 9. Participants will be expected to arrive to Finland on Thursday afternoon. Transport will be provided to the venue. Participants are expected to leave around noon on Sunday and transport will be provided from the venue to Helsinki Airport.

Location

NOPOLK 2011 is located in Helsinki region. More accurate information about location and venue will be sent out soon.

Seminar fee

The seminar fee will be maximum 350 € which includes seminar program, accommodation and meals from dinner on Thursday to lunch on Sunday. The fee includes also organized transportation from and to the airport (on Thursday and Sunday) and transportation during the event.
