The camp programme consists of different programme areas – valleys and bays – where you will spend either half or a full day.
Archipelago Valley (SAARISTOLAAKSO)
In the archipelago valley you will discover the interesting nature and culture of our Baltic Sea and its archipelago. The programme explores how everyone can contribute to the well-being of our seas and looks at responsible boating from an environmental and maritime perspective.
Open Sea Valley (AVOMERILAAKSO)
In the valley, you can learn about the world’s oceans and the global impacts of marine pollution and climate change. You will learn more about the impact of microplastics on the well-being of the oceans, and about the maritime traditions and cultures of different countries. The programme is thought-provoking and inspires action for the seas and the environment.
Dock Valley (TELAKKALAAKSO)
The Dock Valley delves into the skills that every marine scout needs. Rope work, sail handling and boat maintenance will become familiar through hands-on activities, and you will gain new skills in maintaining your boat and practice skills that will take you more smoothly on sailing adventures!
Camp Hike (HAIKKI)
Camp Hike is a 24-hour adventure where trackers, explorers and rovers/rangers get to test their skills in patrols in sea guide and scout program related tasks. The day trip is approximately 8 kilometres. All you need is a compass, overnight gear, a knife and a cutlery set. As a patrol, you will also take along an accommodation e.g. a shelter and equipment for making food.
Big Ships (SUURET ALUKSET)
Programme gives you a full day sailing in the Archipelago Sea on a sailboat or motorboat provided by the Finnish Sea guide and scout troops. On the sailing trip, campers can participate in both navigation and sail handling – under the guidance of an experienced crew.
Dinghy and Sea Rescue Bay (JOLLAILU- JA MERIPELASTUSLAHTI)
The dinghy and sea rescue bay allows you to practise on the water with sea rescue and small boats. The dinghy programme introduces you to light boats and builds on your existing knowledge of sailing. The dinghy programme will give you the chance to learn new things and practice sailing on the water. The Sea Rescue programme will give you practical training in useful rescue and safety skills on the water. There will be lots of learning by doing, both on land and on the water.
Water Programme Bay (VESIOHJELMALAHTI)
The water programme takes place in the beautiful seascapes of Nauvo. You can swim, SUP-board, and go on a water obstacle course. There will be beach guards to watch and keep the fun going, and instructors to tell you how to act safely.

The explorer programme consists of two different camp assignment days, as well as their own programme options, not forgetting the explorer party!
Rover/Ranger programme
In addition to one’s own camp assignment, the rover/ranger programme offers a wide range of activities to choose from, alone or with a friend, to suit your own schedule.
